Welcome to TheNodeHarbor. By accessing or using our website (thenodeharbor.com) and our operational intelligence platform (app.thenodeharbor.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By registering or using any component of TheNodeHarbor, you accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

TheNodeHarbor is a real-time B2B information processing engine. It captures authorized interactions from WhatsApp, voice meetings and email (Gmail) to clean them, index them in vector databases and propose suggested tasks through a human approval panel (HITL) that feeds an internal task board (Kanban).

3. Authorized use and accounts

To use the platform, you warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to connect the company accounts (WhatsApp via QR, Gmail, GitHub) that you register in the system.
• All the information you provide is truthful, accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your access credentials and any linked API keys secure and confidential.

4. Responsibility for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

You acknowledge and accept that:

• The system uses artificial intelligence language models (Google Gemini) to transcribe, summarize and extract tasks.
• The AI may occasionally make mistakes, hallucinate or extract incorrect information.
• Mandatory human control: the platform is designed with a human-in-the-loop (HITL) flow. The final decision to approve, reject or modify tasks is exclusively yours. TheNodeHarbor is not responsible for actions taken on tasks that have not been validated by you.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheNodeHarbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including —among others— loss of profits, data, use or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of the service.

6. Termination of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms or if we detect fraudulent or malicious activity in the consumption of infrastructure resources (DoW attacks, abuse of rate limits). Upon termination of the service, we will permanently delete all of your indexed information from the database.

7. Modification of the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
