TheNodeHarbor came out of a very concrete frustration: in real teams — the ones that sell over WhatsApp, coordinate by email, and decide in meetings — work doesn't start in a task manager. It starts in a conversation. And that's usually where it dies.
We tried what was out there. The CRMs wanted us to change how we sell. The transcribers handed us meeting notes nobody read. And the task tools assumed someone would magically copy everything that was said into them. That «someone» doesn't exist.
So we built what was missing: a place where everything the team talks about gets captured, understood, and turned into work — with one non-negotiable rule: the AI does the heavy lifting of reading, but the decisions belong to people.
We're a small team building for a market we actually know, with real customers using the product every single day. Every feature you see in the platform exists because a real operation needed it.
