Transparency
AI costs money. We show you exactly how much.
Most “AI-powered” products bury the cost in the price or cap it with opaque quotas. We meter it by real usage and show it in your billing dashboard: how much you've used this month, what consumed it, and how much of your included quota is left. Go over and the overage is billed at the provider's cost — no markup. In practice, typical usage —summarizing and classifying messages— fits comfortably within the included $30; the heaviest consumer is intensive transcription of long meetings. That's why we warn you as you approach the limit: nothing takes you by surprise at month's end.

What does “$30 of AI included” mean?
Every AI call (summaries, transcriptions, answers) has a real provider cost. We include $30 of that cost per user per month — enough for a team's typical usage. What you consume shows in your dashboard, in real time.
What if I go over the $30?
You pay the overage at cost, with no markup: what the AI provider charges us is what you see. We warn you ahead of time as you get close, and you can control which chats the AI processes to govern the spend.
What does the free trial include?
14 days with up to 3 projects and $30 of AI included. No credit card. When it ends, you decide whether to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. And your data stays yours: you can export it in full or request permanent deletion at any time.
