02 · Projects
Tag every piece to a project.
Context belongs to the project; the connection belongs to the person. In Integrations, one rule per chat or channel routes it to its project (history included, if you want); when you upload or record a meeting or a document, you pick the project. That's where the AI files tasks, summaries, and knowledge — and where its members see it. Untagged, it stays in your personal inbox (“General”), which only you see and is never shared. Any chat or meeting can be marked private.

03 · Understanding
The AI reads so you don't have to.
Every conversation is transcribed (if it's audio), summarized, and classified: how relevant it is, whether it's actionable, and what it's about (sales, requests, coordination…). Meetings are transcribed with speaker labels. All of it in native English or Spanish.
